It features 55A cutting current with a 60% duty cycle and utilizes IGBT inverter technology. The current range is 15–35A at 110V and 15–55A at 220V. For 220V, a 30A circuit breaker is required; for 110V, a 40A circuit breaker is required. The maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 12mm (1/2″) at 35A on 110V with 50PSI, and 16mm (5/8″) at 50A on 220V with 65PSI
- PT/2T/4T/PA Function: The post time function, adjustable between 3-15 seconds, controls the torch head cooling time to extend the life of the consumables. 2T/4T automatic cutting relieves finger pressure. 2T is a semi-automatic cutting control, 4T is an automatic cutting control. PA adjusts the pilot arc time, longer durations help prevent arc interruption during steel plate cutting, while shorter times extend the life of the consumables
